A feast for the senses on your plate
The first-class dining experience at the Hotel Schermer offers culinary delights in a unique setting. The menu ranges from regional and local specialities to fine international cuisine. Chefs Erika and Peter Schermer and their team are also particularly keen to serve up Tyrolean dishes. There are two affordable set menus to choose from every day.
Under the motto ‘4 hands, 2 heads, 1 goal’, we cook every day except Wednesdays. (Open to hotel guests only on Wednesdays)
We cater to guests’ special requirements, including allergies and intolerances.
Local farmers and direct sellers ensure a constant supply of fresh ingredients, which are transformed into refined dishes: simply good food from morning till night.
