As a wine knight out of passion, Sepp ensures a truly special wine experience: the grape variety determines the glass, and so we serve the noble drops in 18 different grape-specific glasses from Riedel. Our RiedelRoom@Greil, the first and only one in Europe, our Champagne lounge, and the wine treasury are the perfect places for your very personal moments of enjoyment.

Because we care about the future just as much as tradition, junior manager Viktoria, the 4th generation, is already actively shaping life at the hotel.
